We get asked constantly if people want to be a bird dog, what do they have to do. We have created an entire site that answers that question.
At our Bird Dog site, it will answer the most common questions that come up. There is also training you can sign up for for how to be an effective Bird Dog. It is very easy but does require real work. There is no such thing as a get rich quick scheme but if done well, can make you good money for a relatively low amount of effort.
You can be a Bird Dog for Seller and/or Buyers. You can be a Bird Dog for other traders as well, whether Realtors, Contractors and more.
Wholesalers – Yes you can sell our deals HOWEVER…
Like most things in life there is a catch. The catch is talk to us about the deal FIRST.
DO NOT do what far too many people do which is take our deal, mark it up to some unrealistic number and then blast to your Buyers list via email, social media, craigslist, whatever.
This is a great way to ensure we never do business because you are essentially discrediting the deal and oftentimes yourself in the process. Don’t be that person.
Instead, if you have a Buyer, call us first to discuss the deal. Sometimes we have room in the deal. Sometimes we don’t. One phone call can save everyone a lot of miscommunication and headache.
We have JV’ed many deals and know how to get these done. We have even closed daisy chain deals.
So by all means, call us first and if you have a Buyer, let’s do business the right way so we can make money together!
