Very smooth transaction, highly recommend for a quick close (they also pay fair value and won't lowball you like other investors or worse, lock you up then try to negotiate you down!)

      These folks bought my vacant lot and closed in record time considering the property had some flood zone and tree ordinance issues they had to work through with the county during a time when COVID made that process laborious.  They paid my full asking price, arranged closing, and were delightful to work with every step of the way.
