Hey everybody, Frank here. So super quick. I get asked from time to time, should you do bandit signs? You know, bandit, you’ve seen them before. The signs are about yay big with a little ad and a phone number. Could be real estate, could be a myriad of other things. And the reality is they still work. They work today. They’ll probably always work. Why? Because all you got to do is stick it in the ground. Some people put them on poles or whatever. We, we don’t do that. We typically stick to the pole or to the ground, I should say, and you just never know when someone’s going to call. Okay? You might put it out there and it might go a month or two before you get a call. You might get a call the very first day. Anything is literally possible, but the key is to do, if you don’t do it, be very consistent.

Plan on doing it for no less than two months because you got to give people time to see it again and again and again. Most sales are done stats say after the fifth time that somebody sees something, is that technically true? I don’t know. Ask the sales statistics people. But it does make sense. It is very normal for people to have to follow up again and again and again, or see things again and again, again before they take action that we know is typical. So, if you’re going to do bandit signs, be consistent doing it. They do work. They will bring you deals, and they can be a great, great lead source for you.
